Q.  Do I need to pre-book classes?
A.  No, we run weekly drop-in classes so you can come along any week, whenever suits you, without booking ahead.

Q.  Do I need a partner?
A.  No, throughout our classes partners are rotated, giving you the chance to dance with several different partners.

Q.  Can I book a full block of classes?
A.  Yes, you can also try our Class Pass which gives you access to 10 classes of your choice for only £40, saving you money on every class! Get in touch for details.

Q.  Can I purchase vouchers for GLH as a gift?
A.  Yes, we can provide vouchers for individuals or couples, for our weekly classes or for private lessons. Get in touch for more details.

Q.  What should I wear to class?
A.  Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in. Try not to wear anything that will make you too warm, like multiple layers, and if you’re prone to get hot and sweaty you may want to bring a change of top for afterwards.

Q.  What footwear should I wear to class?
A.  We suggest flat, lightweight shoes for safety; plimsolls or sandshoes would be perfect. As you advance as a dancer you may want to try out leather or suede soled dance shoes.

Q.  Can I get private lessons?
A.  Yes, our teachers can take private one-on-one lessons or couples dance lessons, please get in contact with us for more information.

Q. When can I take improver classes?
A.  Our improver classes are for anyone who is comfortable with beginner level classes, has had some social dance practice and is ready for the next step. If you are unsure about your level don’t hesitate to ask a teacher for feedback.
