Class Break – Monday 10th April 2023

This is a quick announcement to remind our members that we will be not running a class this coming Easter Monday 10th April. We will resume our usual Monday offerings the week after, Monday 17th April at our current venue of Maryhill Community Central Hall.

We hope you enjoy yourselves over the Easter period and we look forward to seeing you on the 17th!

Free Taster Class – Monday 20th March 2023

Join Glasgow Lindy Hoppers for a free taster class on Monday!

Lindy Hop came out of the jazz clubs and ballrooms of Harlem in the 1920s. It was popular in the 1930s and 40s, but is still danced all over the world today.

In this free taster class we will take you through some simple, fun moves to get you dancing straight away.

When: 7pm, Monday 20th March
Where: Community Central Halls, Maryhill Rd
How much: Free

Stick around after class to practice your new moves!

No experience required, this class is aimed at complete beginners. No need to bring a partner but feel free to bring friends.
